Sisters Protect exists to create space for women to make sense of their experiences at work, learn from one another and make more intentional decisions about their working lives.

Work is about more than performance, progression and professional development. It is also shaped by relationships, workplace culture, expectations, power dynamics and the experiences that influence how we see ourselves and our place in the world. Some of these experiences are difficult to articulate, easy to dismiss or rarely discussed openly, despite how much they can shape a woman's working life.

Through shared experiences, honest conversations, community and practical resources, Sisters Protect explores these realities and what women can take from them. We create opportunities to reflect, challenge assumptions, recognise patterns, exchange perspectives and consider different ways forward.

We believe women should be able to learn from their experiences without being defined by them, pursue their ambitions without losing sight of themselves, and make decisions informed by both their own judgement and the experiences of others. Sisters Protect brings these conversations into the open, recognising that understanding our working lives is not just about building confidence, but about developing perspective, exercising agency and deciding what comes next.
