No. We’re not a clinical or legal service.
You’ll receive personalised, strategic input based on your situation. That might include talking through your options, prepping for a difficult HR meeting, reviewing how you’ve written a grievance, or working through a decision like changing industries, asking for adjustments, or planning a career break.
Yes! We do not want you to wait until things to fall apart to seek support. We support women during key turning points, whether you’re struggling quietly, planning a bold move, or just need language to advocate for yourself with confidence.
Book time into our calendar for a free introductory session. Let us show you how we can support you in this season.
Who is it for?
Women shaping careers around what they want, not just what they’re offered.
Introspection, holds a private space to find your own language, process your own goals, and lead your next steps with intention.
Here ambition, reality, and peace coexists, so you are ready for the next opportunity before it even arrives.
With every page, you’re shaping the version of you that shows up next.
Strategy Circles are monthly, online 75-minute sessions run by Sisters Protect. Each session includes:
A short story or real scenario to open the theme
A guest speaker with lived experience (e.g. senior HR roles, navigating burnout, or being overlooked)
Three real-life workplace dilemmas that we explore as a group
Guided reflection prompts you’re invited to think and share
A final strategy segment with practical tools, language, or next steps you can take away
They’re not group coaching, and they’re not a venting space. They’re structured, facilitated sessions where we examine hard workplace moments like handling bias, decision-making, and when to push or pause - and explore how to move forward with care and strategy.
Strategy Circles are a low-pressure way to build community, gain language for difficult situations, and stay ahead of challenges before they escalate.
They offer light-touch exposure to scenarios you’re likely to face in your career. Think of it like a guided webinar, but more grounded: real examples, practical reflection, and space to hear what others wish they’d known.
Firstly, you are welcome to connect with our guest speakers and follow them on LinkedIn.
Secondly, you can stay online after the meeting ends - some attendees choose to drop their LinkedIn in the chat or exchange details informally. We also offer to connect you directly if there’s someone you'd like to follow up with (with consent, of course).
Lastly, we intermittently host these sessions in person.

Case Scenario (June 2025)
Scenario:
Aisha, a data analyst who is neurodivergent but has not disclosed this at work, consistently delivers high-quality output. Despite this, she’s repeatedly told in performance reviews that she “lacks visibility” and “doesn’t show up enough.” When she asks for clarity, her manager refers to her quietness and limited participation in social events and casual banter. Aisha has tried to engage more through written updates and suggesting alternative contributions but is still passed over for promotion.
Prompts for Discussion:
How do we navigate performance feedback rooted in social norms rather than measurable output?
If Aisha doesn’t feel safe disclosing, what can she do to protect her peace and still move smart at work?

Meet Wesleigh-Jane
I created Sisters Protect because I was tired of watching brilliant, ambitious women do most things right in their career: perform at a high level, try new things, carry hope for change and still be held back by environments that would not grow at as fast of a pace as they were.
It was never about ability. It was about timing, power, perception, and pressure - the things no one teaches you how to navigate, but that shape everything about how far you’re endorsed to go in corporate.
Through my own experience, I saw how often women were quietly undermined when they didn’t match the unspoken aesthetic of a “cultural fit”, despite being told to bring their "authentic self to work". I learned how easy it is to be praised on paper but paused in practice. I discovered all these unspoken rules which felt so confusing to me as a neurodivergent. I decided I no longer wanted to watch women carry that disorientation alone - or navigate the passive aggression and quiet tests that so often shape the early stages of a career or entry into new organisations. We respond to this through community, and through the conversations we hold at our monthly Strategy Circles.
Sisters Protect was built for those moments:
When you're unsure whether to stay or go.
When HR meetings leave you exhausted or exposed.
When your confidence is shaken after bias or burnout.
When strategy is needed, but you don’t know where to start.
Sisters Protect is a platform for real tools and strategic care: a journal rooted in clarity and intention; career sessions namely “strategy circles” designed for complex, lived experience; a space where women navigating pressure can reflect, decide, and move forward without having to constantly perform and mask.
If that’s what you need in this season, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. This was space was built with you in mind!
