Sisters Protect is a strategy-led space shaped by the lived experiences of Black women — and built for any woman navigating complex professional systems.
We centre structure, clarity, and sisterhood — not just talk. From monthly meetings to practical tools, we offer preparation and relief for women who move through work where pressure, perception, and power dynamics are at play.
We champion this work with aligned partners and collaborators who understand that inclusion means infrastructure — not just visibility.
Sisters Protect is structured around the lived experiences of Black women - that’s where the insight comes from, and that’s what shapes the model.
But it is a space for all women navigating complexity - women who want strategy, clarity, cultural understanding, and real-world preparation for systems that were not built to sustain them.
We support those at all stages in their career.
If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
Yes, our network is global reaching. Our sessions take a hybrid format, suiting our members needs. Where a Consultative meeting takes place in person, you will still have the opportunity to attend live and virtually. You’ll still gain from all the membership perks we offer. We hope to expand, and be more fluid in where we offer our meetings to include Sisters everywhere.
Yes! Please do.
No.
Sisters Protect is not built around visibility or small talk — it’s built around strategy.
Networking is about who you know.
Sisters Protect is about how you move in environments who are not concerned by your presence, value, or retention. In environments when the stakes are high and the rules are unspoken.
Our sessions are shaped around real lived experiences and themes.
You do not just walk away with contacts. You walk away with strategy, clarity, and belonging.
Clarity, strategy, and lived insight. Each session covers a real-world topic rooted in the professional lived experiences of Black women: from workplace microaggressions to managing burnout, protecting your intellectual property, or dealing with silence after speaking up. These are not passive sessions; they are collective strategy spaces where knowledge is exchanged and support is structured. You will leave with a new mechanism to support your workplace cohesion and peace of mind. You will also look forward to connecting back in with the group the following month and holding space in private community chats held on this website. You will also be able to help others, build your confidence, and personal value.
No one is required to speak. Listening is enough should that be what you need in this space, during that month, for that theme. This space values presence, not performance. We understand that as Sisters we are not a monolith. Therefore we respect and appreciate introverts, extroverts, our neurodivergent sisters, those with anxious attachment style, who are too tired to speak, and who are more observantly situated. The sessions are interactive at times, but we also provide guest speakers each month, and you get insights from the Founder. We all take turns with sharing insights, and taking away gems.
Yes — but not in the traditional sense.
Sisters Protect offers workshops, and lifestyle classes, all designed to feel intentional, warm, and practical. Members get priority and often heavily discounted access to the above. Free or non-members pay considerably more for attending on an ad-hoc basis.
Lifestyle classes run four times a year, offering a space to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy outside of professional pressure. We hope through each class you learn a new soft skill, and find a lighter way of connecting with others in the Sisterhood, without large pressures of networking.
Each class is curated around joy, soft skills, movement, or culture - like Soca yoga, flower arrangement classes, calligraphy writing etc.
Members cover own costs and we handle the curation and logistics for your convenience.

If you value clarity, emotional peace, and not having to explain yourself at every turn — yes, it's worth it. If you are looking to invest in your future with the money you often waste away each month - then absolutely, it's worth it!
Membership costs less than:
A weekly coffee run
An uber ride home
One takeaway lunch or dinner a month (that you probably did not even enjoy much)
Lululemon and other athleisure
A Netflix or Spotify subscription you scroll through more than you use
A Vogue subscription
But what you get is deeper:
A structured monthly space to reflect, recover, and make sense of work and your future
Access to guided strategy and conversation designed for you
Discounts on the Introspection Journal and quarterly lifestyle classes
CV-worthy leadership experience if you opt in as an Engaged Member
A chance to stop surviving the month alone as the only one, or one of few in your offices
This membership is an investment into your future, into community, into people who will hold you up when your workplace and the world tries to tear you down, strategy, and consistency — the kind that supports you emotionally and professionally.
And that goes further than streaming ever will, especially given that the realities we face are not going away, and have not for centuries. The time is now.

Absolutely! After signing up to your free membership, you will be prompted to create a log in, where you can access the community chat right here, right now. This is better than a Whatsapp group chat because it protects your number and personal information. It also will not spam your phone with text messages :)
